In some circumstances, you may voluntarily provide personal information in response to a form on the site or other contact method. Unless explicit permission is granted by the person providing the information, this information will also only be used for internal purposes.

kMedia is committed to protecting and securing all client provided information, through the use of firewalls and additional security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of such information.

kMedia disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. kMedia may however review, delete or block access to communications that could harm kMedia, its customers or third parties.  The grounds on which kMedia may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of our Terms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Policy.
